Stitch Fix: an Honest Review

Want clothes hand-picked for you by a stylist and sent to your door once a month? Then try out Stitch Fix!

I first started Stitch Fix a little over a year ago, one of my friends had posted about it on Facebook. The idea seemed simple and cool enough--fill out a style profile and a stylist would pick out items for you and send them straight to your door. Keep what you love, return the rest! Fun!

Well, it's been over a year and I'm still using the service--I love it! Seriously, when the Stitch Fix box comes every month, it's like Christmas morning!

You can set up your "Fix" however you want, bi-monthly, monthly, etc. I chose once a month, and every time I get a new one, I'm immediately excited for the next one!

I've purchased many items from Stitch Fix; they really do a great job of suiting your style, but they also give you new, exciting options if you want to branch out a bit. I have a few Stitch Fix outfits that have become staples in my style.

You can also add notes to your stylist for your next fix; tell them about upcoming events that you want to be styled for, or simply any items you want to try. My last fix I asked to try some high-waisted jeans, and BOOM, they were in my next Fix!

As far as pricing, you get what you pay for. The quality of all the clothes are phenomenal, and so you'll pay a price if you really love something. If you love EVERYTHING in your Fix (which is about 4-5 items) they take off the "Styling Fee" so you'll get a bit of a discount! And you can always adjust in your style profile your budget.
